Refunds may be granted for services that have not yet been delivered or materially performed. Clients must demonstrate that the service provided does not align with the agreed scope or documented specifications. Eligibility is determined after internal review by VERALITH.
Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase or service initiation, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Requests submitted beyond this period may not be considered.
To request a refund, please submit a written request including your full name, transaction details, and a clear explanation of the reason for the request.
Once received, VERALITH will review the request within five (5) business days. If approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Approved refunds may be subject to administrative fees, processing charges, or deductions for services already rendered. Custom, personalized, or expedited services may not be fully refundable once work has commenced.
Refunds will not be granted for completed services, fulfilled deliverables, or where delays are caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary information or approvals. Promotional or discounted services may also be excluded from refund eligibility.
